Hi Gang ---I’m a seventy year old retired maintenance mechanic turned writer. I have been writing seriously for about ten years, give or take. I have one novel finished a (Western) and have another two novels in the process (not westerns).

When I started to write I was writing to prove I could write an interesting and entertaining story, I think I have done that. However when we achieve our goals we generally adjust them, and now there seems to be a need to be published, as proof of excellence.

As I evolved I discovered the short story, and have produced about a dozen, two of my short stories have been published, although both in E-magazines.

I write mostly in what I call outdoor adventure, and a lot of my stories evolve around life in the wilderness. Fur trappers, cowboys and mountain men seem to be my hero’s, more often than not.

I’m Canadian and live in St.Thomas Ontario with my wife Margaret, we have two sons both grown and on their own.

I`m decidedly the grandfather of this site, so I supose we will have see how things work out.
