Are there any topics that are forbidden? I am writing some "adult" stories, and while their length may not be condusive to this site, I can do bits of them here for help and criticism.

Also, is there a length limit?

Welcome to Papertank vader!

It really depends on how extreme these stories are. We are very lenient on this issue, however if it is completely obscene with no valuable content, then we'll have to take it down.

We do have a very long limit, about 50,000 characters, which is plenty long for an article. If your articles are any longer, they should be split up into multiple submissions.

Thanks for contributing!

Ok thank you. Unfortunaltey I doubt I will be able to post them. They are part of a compliation that invovles 2 people causing unsuspecting people to explore their sexuality in new ways. They defienlty cross into what most woudl call "kinky", "taboo", and even possibly "fetish". There are some that use knife play, there are some that explore same sex eroticism. If I have any doubts I will pass them by your 1st so as to not cross any lines, if that is ok.

That's pretty extreme. You may want to email us a copy of the article before you submit and we'll let you know, thanks for coming to us about this vader.

Not a problem. Some of my hapless musings are comedic and just farcical, however, some are done in such a way to stress and strain the "accepted normal" of society, and one of the simplest ways to do that is take something as taboo as sexual relations and take them to a point that causes people to question.

By all means on topics of the later I will most defiently seek approval before posting. I don't want to cross any boundaries and cause any trouble.

Thank you.

I was wondering the same thing about erotica...
Because that's how I found my niche in writing originally

Perhaps we could have a "mature content" feature?
Not necessarily one that makes sure you're 18 (I hate those), but that just warns the person that what they're going to read has mature or erotic content.

And anything that is really TOO distasteful will get voted off anyway, right?

Oh sure, you can post that kind of writing if you'd like. We already have a "Mature Content" flagging system, but I suppose I should implement a "Mature" checkbox in the submission process just to make it a tad easier.

The streetlight turned yellow just as I had walked across the street. An old mustang roared by when the light turned red. Its engine rumbled through the night sky, filling the empty street with a moment’s worth of thunder. I turned to watch as the car continued down the road without once pressing the breaks. It turned the corner, wheels screeching until it straightened and disappeared from sigh...
