Holy crap, it's 9:28 long

If you think that's long, try sitting through all 23 minutes of Echoes by Pink Floyd.

Pssh. Jethro Tull's "Thick as a Brick" is more than forty minutes, and it's divided into two parts.

I had a near-death experience trying to make it through that song.

I'd rather not : )

Actually, a band like Pink Floyd can probably get away with that. The entire Dark Side of the Moon album was practically one song, anyway, since it all flowed together so nicely.

Echoes is a brilliant song. On their film Live at Pompeii David Gilmour's guitar playing is absolutely marvelous. Although I have trouble sitting through the entire studio recording myself.

From their second album, "Shotter's Nation". Great track, great album.

Sun Child-The Vines; I've always had this shirt that had "The Vines" on it, but I never knew they were a band until I saw this CD at the library. They're pretty good; listen closely to any car commercials, because I recognized Ride when I heard it on the disc.
