I was hoping that on the new version of the site, there will be more people...
First off, it's been less than a week since we launched, so there aren't very many users on here. If you want more people to review your work, encourage other writers to come here and join up. It's as simple as that, and complaining to the staff about lack of users isn't going to provide much of a solution. We're doing everything we can to get the word out, but it takes a lot more than just two or three people to bring on a huge crowd.

Some one must have voted crap on my submission, and another deleted his own or got his reviews deleted. I want to know what's up...
Reviews get "shredded" if they have a certain number of "not helpful" votes, which means they aren't displayed on the article and don't count towards the vote weight anymore. The only way a review will get deleted is if it is spam or completely off topic. You would have known this if you would have taken the time to read the
Site FAQ.

...and why people here are still being jerks?
What exactly are you talking about? If you're talking about harsh criticism, by putting your article up on this site, you should expect all kinds of criticism, even if it's kinds that you don't like. This site isn't meant for people to constantly compliment on your articles and not criticize them at all. This site is to help writers improve on their writing. If people choose to ignore the criticism, what good does it do to improving their writing skills?
Now I agree that some people may have gone over the top on their reviews lately. However, should you really base the opinion of everyone on the site off of one person? I don't think complaining about the "jerks" of the site in the forum is really going to do any good. If you really feel that a review isn't helpful at all, just simply vote it down, and depending on the view of the rest of the site users, it may or may not be shredded.
