Sorry if this is a stupid question, but what does EAP stand for? English for Academic Purposes? Edgar Allan Poe? Europeiska Arbetarpartiet? If none of those are correct, then either I suck at guessing or Wikipedia is no help at all.

Edgar Allen Poe, the poem to which I respond is Israfel. The subtitle was supposed to be a dead give-away.

A vivid picture in my head.
Already forgiven but never forgotten.
I try, I try.
Yet it is always hard,
Things will get better, I know.
But the fall down is scarier...
